Terms of service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Feedvite website and service (the “Service”) operated by KIDBOOK INC, doing business as Feedvite (“Feedvite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use Feedvite.

1. What Feedvite is

Feedvite is an e-invitation platform that lets you create, customize, and share digital invitations. Guests can RSVP and upload photos to a shared event feed. Feedvite is intended for personal, non-commercial use such as parties, weddings, celebrations, and similar private events.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Feedvite. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Your account

You're responsible for your account and anything that happens under it. Keep your login credentials secure. If you sign in with Google, your account security also depends on your Google account settings.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Your content

You own the content you create and upload on Feedvite — your invitations, photos, and RSVP data. By using the Service, you grant Feedvite a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, display, and transmit your content solely as needed to operate the Service.

You're responsible for the content you post. You represent that you have the right to share any photos, text, or other material you upload, and that your content doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

We don't use your content to train AI models or share it with third parties beyond what's needed to provide the Service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Feedvite to:

• Post illegal, harmful, abusive, or harassing content
• Upload content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
• Share content that sexualizes minors in any way
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Send spam or unsolicited invitations in bulk
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or others' accounts
• Use automated bots or scrapers on the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

6. Guest responsibilities

When you share an invitation, you're responsible for ensuring the guests you invite are aware that their RSVP responses and uploaded photos will be visible to the invitation host and potentially other guests. Do not share invitations with people who haven't consented to participate.

7. Feedvite's intellectual property

The Feedvite name, logo, website design, invitation templates, and underlying software are owned by KIDBOOK INC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary materials without our written permission.

8. SMS notifications

Feedvite may send SMS text messages related to your events (“Feedvite Event Notifications”). These messages include new invitation alerts, RSVP updates, event detail changes, and event reminders.

• Message frequency varies based on event activity.
• Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details.
• Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of using the Service or attending an event.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation and no further SMS messages.
• For help, reply HELP to any message or email us at team.kidbook@gmail.com.
• Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Your phone number and SMS consent data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes.

9. Third-party services

Feedvite uses third-party services including Supabase (database and storage), Google (authentication, AI image generation, analytics), and Twilio (SMS delivery). Your use of these services through Feedvite is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Feedvite is not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. FEEDVITE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KIDBOOK INC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $50 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KIDBOOK INC and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. If you continue using Feedvite after the new Terms take effect, you agree to the updated Terms. If you don't agree, you should stop using the Service and delete your account.
